Riccardo, the youngest member of the family, contributes a wealth of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry. His passion for wine led him to earn his sommelier certificate before even getting his driving licence. With the opening of the hotel’s restaurant, Riccardo has put together an impressive wine cellar, and he’s eager to showcase its treasures during a tasting. He shares a similar enthusiasm for Ferraris and Formula 1 racing.
