We kindly ask our valued guests to maintain respectful behavior throughout their entire stay at our property. In accordance with hotel policy, all our guests have the right to dignified treatment, and as a responsible accommodation provider, we are obligated to protect guests from inappropriate behavior. The quoted prices are the minimum possible costs and apply to one person for one night. For each additional person, we offer a 20 % discount off the listed price.

The prices vary depending on the period and number of guests. Please use the feature on our booking page to specify the number of guests and select a timeframe. Below, you will find the available rooms and their prices.

The outstanding balance for the stay is due upon the guest's departure. Any deposit paid at the time of booking or the guarantee provided by credit card does not exempt the customer from payment. The deposit paid and the pre-authorization requested remain valid for the entire duration of the stay and serve as a guarantee. They will be refunded upon departure, after verification of the room's condition, the correctness of the stay, the balance of extras, and the main conditions of the house rules, with possible charges in case of damages, documented and disputed extras, and/or early departure.

Before settling the bill, you can request to view the charges for verification.

For specific accounting needs (separate bills, invoices with VAT shown, etc.), please inform the reception in advance so that we can carry out all necessary operations with the required time and care. Please provide us with the correct details of the invoice recipient as well as any additional information promptly. Otherwise, a simple fiscal receipt will be issued. Subsequent changes will not be possible.

We accept credit cards, EC cards (debit cards), and cash. Please note that traveler's checks and personal or bank checks are not accepted.

All prices on this website include VAT. Please note that a tourist tax has been in effect since 01/01/2014, which is not included in the published prices. The tax amounts to € 3.20 per guest aged 14 and older (from the 14th birthday) and is to be paid directly at the accommodation.

To make a reservation, please call us at +39 0474 501 052, email info@lagodellaceta.com, or use the inquiry form on our website.

A deposit of 30 % of the total price is required to confirm the reservation. The reservation will be valid once this deposit has been received in our bank account, at which point we will send you a reservation confirmation. The deposit must be received within one week of the reservation to secure the booking.

On-site, we accept cash payments up to € 4,999.99 per person (legal limit), debit cards and credit cards (Mastercard, Maestro).

On the day of departure, the room must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM. All hotel services can be used until this time.

In exceptional cases, the management may grant guests full or partial use of the hotel's services even after 11:00 AM on the day of departure (at its sole and final discretion). In the event of such authorization, guests are required to comply with the provisions of these house rules and applicable laws until the time of departure.

If you wish to depart before 8:00 AM, please settle your bill the evening before. You can simply leave your room key at the bar, which is open from 7:30 AM for our breakfast guests.

If you remain in the hotel beyond 1:00 PM on the day of check-out, you will be charged for the entire following day. Luggage can be stored at the reception desk during waiting times for check-in and check-out (on the day of departure until 5:00 PM). This means that after leaving your room by 11:00 AM (or the agreed time), you can store your luggage at reception until 5:00 PM.

Before departure, please ensure you have retrieved your documents, returned your room key to reception, and returned any borrowed items to the hotel.

According to Italian consumer protection law, there is no right to withdraw. However, we have established the following cancellation terms in accordance with Article 1382 of the Civil Code. After completing the booking process, please confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the general terms and conditions listed below, acknowledging their full legal effectiveness.

  • Cancellation is free if made at least 15 days before arrival.

  • If the cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, the entire amount of the first night’s booking will be retained as a cancellation fee.
