There's no better place to spend your holidays in the great outdoors accompanied by your beloved animal. That's why pets are warmly welcome at our hotel Lago della creta. However, out of respect for other guests and general hygiene rules, we kindly ask owners to adhere to the following regulations.

Pet owners accept and assume full civil and criminal liability for any damage their animals may cause to property or persons.
A maximum of two medium/small-sized animals are permitted per room.
Guests must be adequately equipped for the well-being of their pet and that of other guests, bringing with them everything necessary such as a bed, food, leash and muzzle.
We urgently request that you do not allow your animal on the bed or furniture.
We urgently request that you do not use the provided bath towels to clean and dry your animal (if the owner is not equipped, they can contact the reception).
Legally required behavior: In common areas (including the garden), animals must be kept on a leash. Dogs must wear a muzzle when transported by public vehicles like bus or train. Your dog can travel with our Shuttle to Plan de Corones in winter.
For the comfort of your pet, the housekeeping staff will not clean the room if the pet is left unattended in the room. Please contact reception regarding the appropriate time for room cleaning.
We urgently request that you leave your animals alone only for a short period, i.e., during wellness or dining hours, but not to confine them to the room all day.
Animals are allowed in all areas except the wellness area. Their presence is permitted in the restaurant. If your pet causes problems in the dining room, you’ll have to leave with it.
A supplement of € 20 per animal per night will be charged (accommodation only). In case of necessity, an additional supplement for final cleaning or other services will be charged if the owner has not complied with the indicated rules.
